How do you use it: The foundation behind the theme is when a person cannot find what they're searching for then in the frontend form they are able to request an issue.
This will be locked in the posts portion of the admin to have an admin to examine. An admin may then edit, remove or publish. Once released any user can submit a solution, solutions are theoretically comments, so again, they may be moderated as needed by an admin!
To permit a seamless experience, set the default user role to a minimum of Author from Configurations > General.
NOTE : Remember, if you want the theme, rate it via your downloads!
